Climax Ev Icon Italy 2025: the 13 stops on our journey

A journey that does not end with the last stop. Ev ICON Italy 2: an increasingly close-knit team of travel bloggers, 13 villas in 7 regions, and 8 authentic experiences to enrich your stay. These are the key ingredients of this project which, through AI-free videos, tells the story of the real Italy, celebrating the experiential hospitality of Emma Villas. An epilogue that will soon become a new beginning: our team is already planning Ev Icon Italy #3.

Emma Villas: a villa, your vacation in Italy, to enjoy all year round

We traveled across Italy from north to south, bringing with us curiosity, passion, and that feminine gaze that knows how to capture beauty in the details. As always, the protagonists are the Emma Villas villas and prestigious residences, authentic interpreters of Italian hospitality and lifestyle.

Looking back, this journey was a mosaic of places and moments that, together, also tell a little bit about us. EV ICON Italy 2 was our way of describing a new, dynamic, constantly evolving form of tourism that has changed shape, putting the authentic experience of unconventional accommodation back at the center: living experience in a villa, feeling at home, slow luxury, privacy.

An AI-free journey, made up of glances, emotions, and professionalism, a team that traveled over 8,000 kilometers to document an Italy that does not stop with summer but continues to reveal its beauty in every season. A new way of understanding a villa vacation: no longer just a summer break, but an experience that embraces the Healiday philosophy; that of travelers seeking moments of physical and psychological regeneration to be enjoyed all year round, deseasonalizing the search for well-being… As it should be!

Every stay thus becomes an opportunity to rediscover balance between body and mind, thanks to authentic experiences linked to the local area, enjoyed in the comfort and privacy of an exclusive Emma Villas villa.

Emma Villas promotes a new way of interpreting stays and vacations based on the concept of “experience first,” which enhances the villa as the beating heart of an authentic and sensory experience.
Every stay becomes a journey of discovery and well-being, enjoyed in the comfort and privacy of an exclusive residence, where vacations become an opportunity to rediscover balance, inspiration, and harmony.

From sound healing sessions on Lake Garda to wine tasting among the vineyards of Monferrato, from cooking classes in the villa to outdoor activities between the sea and the countryside, each experience is designed to intertwine culture, territory, relaxation, and authenticity, restoring the pleasure of living time slowly and mindfully.

At Casale The Place in Umbria, it all began among the hills and peacefulness typical of Italy’s green heart, the essence of a pleasant fragrance; a beautiful journey that led us to La Perla tra gli Ulivi, the final stage of a project that exceeded our expectations, becoming at times a tool for introspection and rebirth. Each villa welcomed us with a different rhythm, a story to tell, a heartbeat to listen to.
The laughter among the Apulian olive trees of Villa Puspo, the minimalism of Kyvos, the Tuscan light of Torre Ginestre, the sunsets at Podere Terranuova, the Mediterranean strength of Villa Triscele and Villa Alba, the grace of Barchessa Panigai and Villa del Prato, to the quiet seclusion of Villa Boemia, Tenuta Navelli, and Villa Panorama: each stop was a fragment of a larger story, that of an authentic and gentle Italy to be experienced by interpreting a regenerating mix of energy and calm, slowness and connection with the rhythm of nature.

Today, looking back on this journey as a whole, we feel that we have built something that goes beyond the images and the miles traveled: a collective story of passion and professionalism, a hymn to Italian beauty and its unique way of making itself “home.” And even though the journey ends today, we know that every villa, every experience, and every sunset described will live on—in those who choose to experience the wonders of our country, with us at Emma Villas, in every season.

Thanks to the entire team of Emma Villas travel bloggers, videographers, home stagers, owners of the wonderful locations, and property managers.

A special mention goes to the weather, which assisted us on our journey as only Italy can… Pampered by the sun even in November… Waiting for Christmas with joy in our hearts in the villas we have selected for you!!!

The 13 stops on our journey

Stop 1 – Casale The Place (Umbria)

It all started here: among rolling hills and seemingly endless skies, we rediscovered the meaning of simplicity. Casale The Place welcomed us with Umbrian tranquility and the elegance of a home that speaks softly.

Stop 2 – Villa Puspo (Puglia)

From the inland to the sea, the light of Puglia taught us to let go. Among olive trees, ceramics, and salty wind, Villa Puspo was our ode to freedom, friendship, and slow living.

Stop 3 – Kyvos (Puglia)

Minimalism, light, and clean lines. Kyvos was our stop at the sea and in space, where we learned that simplicity can be the highest form of beauty.
Between a dinner prepared by the chef and a movie under the stars, a boat tour along the coast and a tasting of local seafood, Puglia taught us that knowing how to live life in an essential yet fulfilling way is essential.

Stop 4 – Torre Ginestre (Tuscany)

A return to the land and the scents of home. Torre Ginestre, together with its owner Laura, reminded us how Tuscany knows how to combine design and authenticity, slow living, and an attention to detail that is impossible to replicate.

Stop 5 – Villa Triscele (Sicily)

In Sicily, the journey became more intense. At Villa Triscele, surrounded by bold colors and dazzling light, we celebrated the warmth of the south and the power of contrasts. With its infinity pool, sea views, and contemporary design, it was a place that welcomed us and gave us space, silence, and laughter.

Stop 6 – Podere Terranuova (Tuscany)

Amidst vineyards and sunsets, Podere Terranuova taught us the value of slow time. Here we found balance, listening, and new beginnings. From the Tuscan hills at dusk, every sip of wine and every glance became special.

Stop 7 – Villa Alba (Sicily)

A splash of light and sea. At Villa Alba, the story became more intimate, more real: the sound of the waves, the salt on your skin, the feeling of belonging. This place reminded us that home is also a perfect moment.

Stop 8 – Villa Barchessa Panigai (Veneto)

In the heart of northern Italy, elegance meets tranquility. At Barchessa Panigai, we breathed in a different atmosphere: sophisticated, intimate, authentic. Amid ancient stories, understated design, and new light.

Stop 9 – Villa del Prato (Lombardia)

Water took center stage once again. At Villa del Prato, we experienced sound healing, with reflections and sounds that restored balance within and around us. It was a powerful yet gentle break.

Stop 10 – Villa Boemia (Piemonte)

A landscape of hills and vineyards, the art of living well. Villa Boemia welcomed us with its discreet elegance, combining conviviality and introspection: stories to share, silences to embrace.
An afternoon of wine tasting in the villa allowed us to rediscover the slowness of gestures and the importance of details; while Cristina, among the vineyards at sunset, gave us one of the most beautiful moments of this stage: a silent walk full of light, which seemed the perfect synthesis of the whole journey.

Stop 11 – Tenuta Navelli (Lombardia)

Among the hills surrounding the lake, Tenuta Navelli treated us to days filled with light and silence. Here, we alternated between tennis lessons with our instructor, filled with laughter and concentration, and moments of pure wellness with massages in the vineyard, enveloped by the scent of grapes and the gentle song of the wind.
Between sports, nature, and relaxation, we rediscovered the authentic lightness of the Italian summer.

Stop 12 – Villa Panorama (Tuscany)

The penultimate stop was a return to our roots. At Villa Panorama, nestled among hills and olive trees, we rediscovered a slower pace, the light of sunset, and a profound sense of balance.
An e-bike experience along the trails of Chianni brought us back to the simplest form of freedom: wind on our faces, shared laughter, and that feeling of peace that only the Tuscan countryside can offer.

And finally…

Stop 13 – La Perla tra gli Ulivi (Tuscany)

The last page of a travel book that is not only geographical, but experiential and personal.
We have described villas and places, people and destinations, but above all bonds, emotions, and time shared.
