Dimora Montefiore welcomes us with the charm of an 18th-century villa, expertly restored. Its stone walls and exposed beams tell a story, while contemporary design finishes provide modern comfort.
Our stay begins with breakfast outdoors under the pergola, where the scent of lavender and aromatic herbs surrounds us. The morning sun illuminates the garden, painting every flower and plant with vivid colours.
We stroll through the landscaped garden, a masterpiece filled with Mediterranean plants and cushions of fragrant lavender. Every step is an immersion in nature. The atmosphere is calm and serene, leaving us feeling completely rejuvenated.
The infinity pool gives us the sense of being in an oasis. The clear, refreshing water invites us to swim, while the panoramic view of the valley and the scenic pond take our breath away. We relax on the teak terrace, bathed in the warm light of the day.
AN AFTERNOON OF COMPLETE RELAXATION. The villa’s dedicated wellness floor is a true retreat, featuring a Turkish bath, Finnish sauna and sensory shower—a day of pure relaxation.
Thanks to the Emma Villas booking team, we were able to arrange for a professional therapist, Elisa, to visit the villa, providing us with an unforgettable afternoon. The villa’s spa, with its Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, and sensory shower, is a true haven for mind and body wellness. We forgot all our tensions as we each selected the most suitable treatment with Elisa’s help—a luxury we all felt we needed. The scents of essential oils, the enveloping warmth of the sauna and the gentle sounds of the surrounding nature guided us through a sensory journey. None of us will ever forget this.
DINNER UNDER THE STARS
The day concluded with an outdoor dinner, which turned into a true gastronomic experience. Again, thanks to the Emma Villas booking team, we had the privilege of having a private chef in the villa, who prepared a delicious menu using fresh, local ingredients. The panoramic terrace, softly lit and surrounded by the scents of aromatic herbs, became the stage for a magical evening. Each dish was a masterpiece of flavours, from the starter to the dessert, making our dinner an unforgettable moment of joy and togetherness.
