Consolidating relationships, sharing visions and building the future of vacation rentals in Italy together: with this spirit, Emma Villas kicked off the Lido di Camaiore leg of the Your Property First 2025 tour, the first event in the autumn cycle that will continue in Rimini and Milan in November.

The initiative represents an opportunity for direct interaction with the community of owners of luxury villas and residences, in a context of open and constructive discussion. It is an opportunity to explore the themes that are driving the Group’s growth today: territorial proximity, property management, digital innovation and property enhancement.

The value of the tour: listening, collaboration, growth

The Your Property First format was created with the aim of maintaining dialogue with owners and strengthening the network of relationships on which Emma Villas’ business model is based.
After the success of the spring events, which involved over 300 participants, autumn 2025 marks a new step in the partnership with those who choose to entrust their villas to the Group.

The tour, which involves a network of over 30 professionals, including property managers and agents, represents a privileged point of contact for discussing development strategies and new market opportunities. Each event is an opportunity to share visions, experiences and tools, with the aim of increasing the value of properties and ensuring increasingly qualified services.

Lido di Camaiore: focus on Tuscany and Northern Italy

The first stop on the new cycle, Lido di Camaiore represented a strategic moment to reaffirm the centrality of the Tuscan coast and Northern Italy — areas that are now priorities for the development of the Emma Villas portfolio.

During the meeting, the management presented the results for the year and the outlook for the future, with a particular focus on territorial consolidation and digital innovation applied to property management.
The event saw the active participation of numerous owners, confirming their trust and sense of belonging to the Emma Villas community, which now comprises over 600 owners throughout Italy.

Open Days: open house for prospective owners

Alongside the tour, Emma Villas has launched its new Open Days, an initiative dedicated to owners who want to learn more about the business model and evaluate the inclusion of their villa in the luxury short-term rental circuit.

From 22 October until the end of November, it will be possible to book a personalised appointment at the headquarters in Chiusi (SI) or at one of the selected locations in the area.
