Emma Villas was established in the former office of Via Leonardo Da Vinci in Chiusi (Siena). At the end of 2008, the number of successful seasons and the significant increase in personnel led to the transfer of the offices to a new venue, but in the same Tuscan town, with more space, reception, lounge, elegant meeting room, avant-garde technology and equipment. The increase in the number of houses proposed and the territorial expansion of the offer, together with the need for constant client support in the areas where the exclusive properties are located, have led to the establishment of new offices and new partnerships throu- ghout Italy, which represent an important assurance for the clients during their stay.
The first important partnerships were established on the Amalfi Coast, in Lucca for the northern part of Tuscany and, later, in the Marche territory, thanks to the important affiliation in 2008 with the Gruppo Im- mobiliare Spina & Marchei, an agency not limited to simple real estate brokerage but also open to a wide range of services related to the sector, with the goal of providing the client with quality and satisfaction to all needs. The affiliation with this company has increased the Emma Villas potential for new acquisitions in the region and has permitted the guarantee of excellent client assistance in this area as well.
There are three offices in San Benedetto del Tronto(Ascoli Piceno), located in one of the most central part of the towns and it has large display windows and boards with Emma Villas posters, catalogues and advertising totem poles. In April 2011, the management completed the transfer of its legal office to Rome. These prestigious office is available for important meetings in the capital. We have also been present since January 2012, thanks to another affiliation, in Sirmione (Brescia), one of the most famous and picturesque towns on Lake Garda, where our work is concentrated on the most beautiful areas of Lombardy and Veneto. But it is, above all, in the following years that new, additional collaborations can be numbered. From Cesena (for the region of Emilia Romagna), to Siracusa (for Sicily), from Ugento, in the province of Lecce, and Ostuni (for properties located in Puglia and, particularly, in the beautiful area of Salento), until Olbia and Porto Cervo for properties located in the wonderful Emerald Coast, just to name a few. These affiliations are the result of a healthy company eager to increase its offer, always guaranteeing a widespread presence on the territory thanks to well-formed and qualified personnel and to the high quality level of the proposed villas.
The head office in Chiusi (Siena), was restored and enlarged in 2014 and the total area has doubled from 400 to 800 sqm: a new reception, more than 20 offices, more than 30 computer stations, 4 meeting rooms, coffe break room, archives and latest technology applications, in order to simplify the work of all the operators and to create a more welcoming atmosphere in the meetings with owners and collaborators.
