Stay Cancellation Insurance Policy

The final price of the reservation includes theInsurance Policy for Villa Stay Cancellation, which reimburses you for the cancellation penalties, provided for in Emma Villas’ general terms and conditions, in the event of:
  • Sudden illness or accidental injury of you and/or the stay participants
  • Death or hospitalization of you and/or the stay participants
  • Hiring or dismissal by the employer of you and/or the stay participants
  • Court summons for you or the stay participants
    • The insurance will be valid for all participants whose names are registered in the appropriate form.

    This guarantee protects you and allows you to have a tranquil holiday. Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is a coverage wich replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. What are the benefits of this guarantee?
    • you do not have to pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
    • you are covered in case of any damage to the property caused by you or members of your group/family during your stay (up to a maximum limit of 1500 euros);
    • you avoid any dispute on the responsability of the damage and its quantification during check out
    • you can enojoy your villa holiday in greater toughtlessly.

    Health Policy

    Not only cancellation policies, but also protection during your stay. You can choose to purchase this policy in the event you should, for the duration of your stay, want coverage for: 
    • Healthcarewith Operations Centre 24/7;
    • Vehicle Assistance to and from the place of stay and for the entire duration of your holiday;
    • Healthcare for family members left at home;
    • Reimbursement of medical expenses;
    • Repeat Trip Guarantee that reimburses the unused portion without deductible in the case of medical return home or early return home.

    Furthermore, from spring 2021, all our properties are supported by Emma, a multifunctional Web-App, developed in partnership with Vikey s.r.l., that will allow you to implement:
    • online check-in (entering the required details that you did not enter when booking);
    • payment of tourist tax (where due) and eventual flat-rate payments requested (eg electricity, heating, extra cleaning for animals, etc.);
