The final price of the reservation includes theInsurance Policy for Cancellation of Stay.. You can cancel and be reimbursed in the event of:
  • objectively and unambiguously documentable motivations of health or workand not foreseeable at the time of booking
  • Covid-19 infections (new)
  • a terrorist attack that has struck the place of stay (new)

    The "Zer0Dep" guarantee protects you and allows you to enjoy your holiday peacefully. Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit", it is an insurance cover included in the booking price, developed in partnership with Europ Assistance that replaces the security deposit and is therefore mandatory. What are the advantages of this warranty:
    • you do not have to pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor immobilizing a substantial amount on the credit card ceiling;
    • you are protected in the event of any property damage caused accidentally during your stay (up to a maximum of 1500 euros);
    • avoid any dispute on the liability of the damage and its quantification during check out
    • you can live more serenely your holiday in villa.

    • online check-in (entering the required details that you did not enter when booking);
    • payment of tourist tax (where due) and eventual flat-rate payments requested (eg electricity, heating, extra cleaning for animals, etc.);
