Emma Villas is an Italian incoming Tour Operator, a leader in Italy in the tourist rental of villas and prestigious residences with private pool, operating over 650 properties throughout Italy and abroad, with the second brand: Chiara Travels.

Since 2006 we welcome over 55,000 guests every year. Over 650 villas in Italy selected by a team of 100 professionals and periodically checked by experienced quality inspectors.

Emma Villas invests financially  in multi-year contracts that guarantee immediate income and overall management of the villas for owners who need revenue and economic certainty over time, but also quality and care for their property (property management).

Emma Villas are the “sole representative” for the owner, a partner who, thanks to their approach and to a central and local operational structure, can intervene with a single agreement on all aspects of interest to the owner.
