After the great success of last may’s campaign, Emma Villas is back on tv with the commercial that focuses on advantages and protection for villa owners and on the serenity of guests’ holidays

After the great success of last May’s campaign, Emma Villas – the Italian leader in vacation rentals (ie short rentals of prestigious villas and estates) – is back on TV with the commercial dedicated to the owners of their magnifident structures. Made in the splendid setting of Villa Canto alla Moraia, an elegant country house in the heart of Tuscany, the commercial focuses on the owners of prestigious properties who choose Emma Villas as their privileged partner. The commercial aims at supporting the detailed acquisitive action carried out by the company which focuses on properties that guarantee clients proximity and ease in reaching places of art but, at the same time, immersion in nature.

This new version of the commercial has also wanted to better promote the partnership with Europ Assistance, now in the 7thyear, a collaboration that has guaranteed, – states Giammarco Bisogno, President of Emma Villas – in problematic years due to the pandemic, to offer maximum serenity and protection of clients and owners, accompanying a recovery that we trust will be stable and lasting both in the acquisition of new properties and in the increase of Italian and foreign clients.

Thanks to the action of the commercial network, to the appeal of the operative model and to the strong investment in integrated communication activities, more than 500 owners entrust their homes to Emma Villas.

Exclusive insurance coverage to protect clients and properties developed in partnership with Europ Assistance,guarantees, through an innovative integrated Guest – Host approach, on the one hand, maximum serenity in the booking and in the different phases of the stay and, on the other hand, peace of mind for the owners in the protection of their homes in the case of accidental damage.

The data from the sector, which is growing rapidly, show that a holiday in a prestigious property is now an increasingly consolidated experience. It is no mystery, in fact, that rentals in prestigious villas, country houses and estates are no longer a summer-only “phenomenon”, but a well-established choice for families and small groups and a solution that has an all-year-round appeal. The villa is becoming more and more not just an excellent accommodation, but the destination of the journey and a new way to live all the experiences and proposals that a stay in Italy can offer.

The commercial, produced in a 30” format, will air from September 18th and will remain on air until October 2nd . The creative direction, copy and editing of the commercial have been realised by the communications team of Emma Villas and Gap Company, while the planning was assigned to Grp Pubblicità.

The leading actor in the commercial is Gianluca Musiu, who has already collaborated in the past on another Emma Villas commercial, the one created in support of the annual road-show “Your Property First” 2021/2022, which the company dedicated to the owners of over 500 exclusively managed structures.

The commercial will be visible on some selected websites and on Sky, in particular on the Sky Tg24 and Sky Sport 24 channels.
