The two houses, both with spacious living areas and bedrooms with private bathrooms, are about 10 m apart, separated by a hedge screen. Casale Teatro (with 5 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms) and Casale Fienile (with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms), can accommodate a maximum of 18 people. In the large shared garden, surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Pisan hills and overlooking the prestigious Teatro del Silenzio, approximately 2 km away, common areas have been set up, porches and gazebos suitable for relaxing in and for eating together in the open air. The strong point of this property is its location which makes it perfect for those who envisage a holiday as an outdoor experience, in contact with nature and with the possibility of practising sport. Available to guests are two swimming pools in the park and, just a few metres away, a golfing area with a four-tiered driving range. On this farm, of which the property is part, covered by arable land and in large part by dense woodland, are many nature trails (with three birdwatching stations), winding along avenues of cypress trees or across expanses of vineyards and olive groves: a true paradise for hikers and bikers. The farm produces honey, extra virgin olive oil and Chianti of the Pisan hills – everything strictly organic, to be tasted on the spot.
