Milan- 11.02.2022

With today, we have concluded the sixth stage of our all-Italian tour, dedicated to the owners in Lombardy.

Thanks again to all those owners who have attended!

The selected candidates will carry out their collaboration in the areas of Livigno, Valtellina, Bergamo, Brescia, Mantua, Lake Como, Bellagio, Cernobbio, Lake Garda, Sirmione, Riva del Garda.

Here we are looking for figures who are already exercising the role of Property Manager of prestigious villas and homes and who can acquire with Emma Villas an interesting growth opportunity.

In the last 3 years the number of people who have chosen to spend their holidays in prestigious villas and country houses has grown exponentially. Confirming this trend are the numbers of the Emma Villas Observatory for 2021 which concluded with 4,769 weeks booked in approximately 450 properties managed exclusively by Emma Villas.

In order to oversee the quality of the villas and the standard of their management, the company is investing in the recruitment of about 150 collaborators, over the next three years, throughout Italy, for the figures of Property Manageand Quality Inspector. For the selection, Emma Villas foresees the construction of 30 territorial hubs dedicated to the recruiting, supervision and management of prestigious villas and homes. These professions, increasingly in demand in the tourism and incoming tourism sectors, are essential for those who provide hospitality in an advanced manner.

10% of the total figures sought – or 15 collaborators, between Property Manager and Quality Inspector – will be selected in Lombardy, a region that represents one of the regions on which Emma Villas is focusing more in terms of expansion.

The announcement of the search for these professionals was unveiled during the stage of the Emma Villas Your Property First 2021/22 tour in Milan. The stages of the tour are appointments through which the company, with an integrated team of professionals and commercial representatives, resumes their custom of meeting with the owners, involving them in the aspects of greatest interest relating to the lease. In these meetings, the 50 agents of Emma Villas meet over 400 owners of the structures located throughout Italy to discuss the various aspects of the Emma Villas “project” which include updating, listening to and developing the collaboration.

The Tour started from Siena on November 16, 2021, and then went to San Giuliano Terme (Pisa) on November 25. It continued with a double date inFlorence on December 2 and 3, while the stage in Colli del Tronto (Ascoli Piceno) on December 10 was the final one in 2021. 2022 opened with the stage in Milan, and further dates are on the calendar, in the coming weeks, in Rimini, Rome and Catania. All the meetings take place behind closed doors in two main phases, both of which are very important for continuing to successfully develop our collaboration: a ‘collective’ during which topics, products and services to support the lease are explored, followed by a series of one-to-one meetings between the owners and the Emma Villas staff.

The clearly increasing numbers show a very healthy sector, permitting those with a second home, which they decide to entrust to Emma Villas, to obtain an interesting source of additional income, which in the high season can guarantee an average weekly income for the owner of 3,000 euros.

The supervision of the quality of the villa and the standard of its management is fundamental in our sector. The figure of the Property Manager, in particular, has a central role in the relationship with the owner and, in the Emma Villas model, has today a great opportunity for growth. On the other hand, more and more owners are asking for “all-inclusive property” management and more and more often Property Managers also become Property Advisers for Emma Villas,” states Giammarco Bisogno, President of Emma Villas who continues, “For this reason we are investing in the creation of 30 territorial HUBs, a professional network of 150 Property Managers, throughout the country, who already operate in the sector and are able to manage, qualitatively and efficiently, prestigious villas and homes. Applications are open,” declares Giammarco Bisogno, Founder and CEO of Emma Villas srl.

Which tasks does a Property Manager perform? and which a Quality Inspector?

The Property Manager handles the management and overall administration of the property and all activities regarding the lease: continuous supervision of the property, reception, coordination of on-site resources that deal with the garden, swimming pool and cleaning, constant monitoring of the quality standards required by clients. The Quality Inspector, on the other hand, is required to check the quality standards of the structures to guarantee quality and comfort and to offer the client a product in perfect “feedback-proof” condition. For both professional figures, there are interesting growth opportunities, also in support of the purchasing activities of new properties.

Both roles require a command of English, knowledge of the real estate market and the possibility of moving independently, given that both figures are required to be close to the properties they are called upon to manage or evaluate.

In order to apply, you need to send a presentation accompanying your curriculum vitae and photos to the address [email protected] with the subject “Property Manager Application” or “Quality Inspector Application”.

“Since 2006 we have had more than 25,000 bookings and over 200,000 guests in our villas – continues Bisogno – the Quality Inspectors and the Property Managers are complementary in our model and both can also support our purchase action by recommending villas in line with our standards to be inserted in the portfolio by implementing an action that integrates the strategic one done continually by our network of agents and dealers”.

The wide range of products and services to support villa and rental owners, the technological tools prepared for Property Managers and Quality Inspectors to master the integrated Owner & Guest model, make Emma Villas a unique tour operator of its kind.
